We are a collective of free-lancers.
We offer movement classes ranging from intense power Pilates to spiritually energised yoga flows.
Our small but charmingly beautiful space is set directly underneath the cosy Take a Brake cafe, making it not only the perfect place to workout, but also to socialise, grab a coffee and meet new people.
Take a Break Movement is a collective of Berlin-based yoga and Pilates instructors who all seek to explore movement in its many varied forms.
As an independent team of self-employed teachers, our ethos focuses on blending local yoga and Pilates classes with a fresh and professional outlook.
Classes are taught in both English and German and are available for all levels of experience.
